Our team is passionate about giving families plenty of choice while delivering nutritious, great-tasting food. Many of our team members are parents themselves, and we understand the important role a school canteen plays in supporting busy families and creating a positive experience for students.

If your order is placed successfully, you will receive a confirmation email from Flexischools. If you do not receive this email, your order has not been successful, and it will not be in our system
If cancelling prior to the day of delivery:
You can cancel an order by accessing it in Flexischools and actioning the cancellation. This can be done up until midnight of the day prior to delivery.
If cancelling on the day of delivery:
Please call us on (02)9666-1799 before 9:30am. Do not email cancellations to us. You must speak to us directly to ensure that the order has been cancelled. We try to provide as flexible a service as possible, however, if you do not call before 9.30am we may not be able to credit your account.
If your child has an allergy, it is important for you to inform us by selecting the appropriate allergen alert with each order in Flexischools.
There are a number of allergen free food items in our canteen menu on Flexischools.
